Monica Biewer was our first GOOD experience with a realtor and her knowledge and expertise were invaluable. We’re closing on a home we love later this week and I’m confident it wouldn’t have happened if not for her involvement.Monica helped us sell our home in Niles and purchase a home in Crystal Lake. I was worried about the distance between the two locations but Monica was always available and extremely plugged in on both markets. She went above and beyond and was constantly trying to help us move things forward, even if it wasn’t specifically “her” responsibility. It was NOT an easy process trying to buy or sell in the current economic situation.She was even helpful during the home inspection as she has a practical background that helped us know what things to worry about and what things were less important.Her team and the folks she recommended (lender, inspection company, attorney) were all great frankly.
